Meeting introduction to music therapy holistic
The meeting aims to introduce some techniques of music therapy
useful to develop a dialogue with its own music, in the heart of the experience joyful sound.
The music belongs to us, We structure gives us the expressive possibilities and significant growth,
at every stage of life. On the other hand, sounds and music
invade us every day in more or less conscious, making the pleasure of sound in the disturbance of noise, the impossibility of silence.
Through the exploration of simple techniques and expressive voice, you can start a new
dialogue with themselves and their spontaneous musicality.
Listening to the sounds of the world itself, in the interior and exterior soundscapes can effectively deal with stress, to awaken the intuitive and rebalance your energy and mental structure. Not
sono necessarie specifiche competenze musicali per partecipare agli incontri, ma il desiderio di aprirsi alla scoperta della gioia della musica e a una conoscenza inedita di sé stessi.
