Giovedì 15 aprile, dalle ore 21 , proponiamo un coinvolgente percorso espressivo di esplorazione body with the music and the practice of ritual speech aimed at rooting , relaxation and awareness psychophysics.
In a dynamic flow of experience, participants will learn some techniques for voice and body re-harmonize their mental and physical balance and to rediscover the joy of a new positive contact with the earth and its roots. The first experience
opens to the sound that comes from the movement and the movement through the body back to the roots with earth.
The second experience, from the earth, on earth, awakens the body that dances to the music and find the joy of touch with oneself, with the human and spiritual roots.
The third experience is the singing voice, the opening of the breath to the sky, the space of the free exploration of being.
musical skills are not required to attend the meeting of any kind.
You should come with comfortable clothes and a blanket.
